60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, undamaged, with all tags/accessories, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
Email us at infosilqur@gmail.com to open a return. If your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label (when applicable) and step-by-step instructions.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at infosilqur@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used personal-care tools (for hygiene & safety reasons)

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Final-sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item once your return is accepted.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
